I prepared this with smoked sausage and served it with sub rolls. everyone went back for seconds.

Total crowd pleaser! And so easy too! The only things I did a bit differently was use 1lb hot sausage and 1lb of sweet,one red and one green bell pepper and I use McCormicks Buffalo wing sauce instead of the italian chicken. It's fantastic with fresh Tuscan bread or on rolls with a salad on the side.Friends and family always request that I bring this dish to parties and picnics,they love it!

Great recipe! I made this for dinner tonight, It was a hit. We had it on sandwich rolls. Yummmmm

I made this over the weekend and served it over pasta. It was really good. I loved the fact that it was cooking away as I was running around doing all my weekend errands. Thanks, McCormick.
